I am proud to report the latest success story from Baltic Sales Agency and its client NewEco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH from Germany. BSA secured a contract for NewEco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH with Alfa Agro SIA (Latvia) with a total value of 0.5 million EUR. According to the latest information from Alfa Agro SIA, the client's industrial dryer has finally been tested for the drying of fresh alfalfa, which will start within 30 days.
Baltic Sales Agency managed to outsell the competitor and the contract was awarded to NewEco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH for the following key reasons:
- More technically advanced dryer solution with hot air instead of hot water (customer request)
- Ability of the supplier to quickly adapt to the material to be dried
- Fast response of the BSA team and supplier in solving unplanned and challenging technical issues during the commissioning of the dryer

Alfa Agro SIA has tested the dryer supplied by NewEco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH for such applications as alfalfa drying for further production of animal feed and grain drying. The advantage of NewEco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH dryers is their adaptability for drying various products: grain, alfalfa, wood chips, sawdust and other free-floating materials.
Baltic Sales Agency is an outsourced sales partner for NewEco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH in the Baltic States and has already secured two sales contracts for them with a total value of 0.8 million EUR.
BSA and NewEco-tec Verfahrenstechnik GmbH customers in Latvia include SIA Pampāļi (digestate drying) and SlA Alfa Agro (alfalfa and grain drying).
Several other dryer projects are in the final stage of negotiations right now.
